Hi, I'm Catherine (Cath)! I've always been drawn to the mechanics behind how businesses actually run — not the front-facing brand, but the systems underneath that make everything flow or fall apart. That curiosity led me to teach myself marketing automation and funnel-building, purely because I wanted to understand how it all worked. From there, I built on that curiosity in my day job, managing 100+ institutional client and dealer relationships across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Handling that scale taught me what it actually takes for high-volume relationships to run smoothly process over memory, systems over guesswork, so nothing gets missed and trust holds even under volume. It's the same principle behind every funnel and automation I now build, just applied somewhere unexpected.

Fast forward to now I've taken that same eye for systems and built ECA Media. The real spark came from a coaching community I was part of, hearing coach after coach describe the same bottleneck: content and audience, but leads slipping through with no system to catch them. I knew I could fix it, took on beta clients to prove it, and ECA Media was born.
